In keeping with our philosophy, all of the meals we serve are prepared with natural and authentic products, most of which are local. We choose fresh, seasonal food and follow ancient recipes from Ladin cuisine: this effective combination makes our dishes as delicious as they are genuine. Our chef will regale you with delicious homemade fare, regional specialties, and Mediterranean cuisine, and will surprise you with fun theme nights—and even a complimentary course in traditional Ladin cooking. Our sumptuous dinner menu, with a choice of four courses, includes a buffet of antipasto, tantalising first courses and main dishes, and delicious desserts.
