General terms and conditions
Prices are per person and day, including half board, for a minimum stay of 3 days.
The tourist tax of € 3.00 is not included in the rate and is obligatory for all guests over the age of 14.
The prices include the use of the wellness area. Additional services such as whirlpool and massages are subject to a charge.
Access to the wellness area is not allowed to children under 14 years of age.
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 at the latest.
If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will remain with the hotel.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price for the entire period booked will be charged.
For cancellations made 20 days before arrival we charge 70% of the full amount.
For cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival we charge the full amount of the reservation (travel insurance is recommended).
Reservations are binding after payment of a deposit of € 250.00 per person.
The deposit can be paid by credit card on our website, by bank transfer or by postal order.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
For extra beds we apply a 15% reduction.

Reductions for children:
- 0 to 2 years € 30,00 per day
- 2 to 6 years -50% discount
- 6 to 12 years -30% discount

Bank cheques, American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
