Our Ladin Cuisine
In keeping with our philosophy, all of the meals we serve are prepared with natural and authentic products, most of which are local. We choose fresh, seasonal food and follow ancient recipes from Ladin cuisine: this effective combination makes our dishes as delicious as they are genuine. Our chef will regale you with delicious homemade fare, regional specialties, and Mediterranean cuisine, and will surprise you with theme nights. Our four course dinner menu includes a buffet of salads, tasty appetizers, tantalising first courses and main dishes, and delicious desserts.
