Restore the natural harmony of body and spirit: this is our guiding principle in creating the Wellness Centre at the La Tambra Hotel. Inaugurated in 2006, this magnificent spa area offers a modern and harmonious ambience, with enchanting panoramic views of the Dolomites—especially Sassongher Mountain. In this oasis of quiet and relaxation, you’ll rediscover the pleasure of spending time focusing on your own personal wellbeing.

Hotel guests have free access to the wellness and relaxation areas and the saunas. Additional services (such as whirlpool) have an extra charge.

Wellness area opening hours and conditions:
Saunas are available for use every day from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Children under 14 years old are not permitted into the wellness area.
